Downloading The Product
Once we receive confirmation that your credit card has been approved, we will direct you to a link that contains download instructions, including a password that is needed to install the application and the user's guide. Additional Technical Support
After the initial 90 day period, technical support services can be procured for $100 per year for each licensed user.
Training
On-site training, if required, is available at $2,000 per day. Other training expenses may include travel and living expenses. If the training is outside of the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area, travel day fees for the instructor are charged at $1,000 per day.
